The Bob family lost their father last week and we went to the funeral. He complained about a toothache, ended up in the hospital, had a stroke and found out he had cancer all over in his body. The funeral was very interesting. It was held up in the mountains outside. We sat for two hours while they gave memories of him. It was really quite good. Then we went to the grave site and a catholic priest gave his sermon. He kept mentioning a book in the Bible, "The Book of Wisdom" and he spinkled the grave with holy water. The most interesting thing was when they brought a HUGE bulldozer down the mountain crashing and trampling over everything, knocking down trees and anything in its path. It landed at the foot of the grave and the large shovel and thing in the back thudded to the ground in honor of him. His career was in driving huge equipment.
The priest gave him a final reading out of his book and sealed his body to come forth on the LAST day of the resurrection. He had never been baptized as a catholic.
