You won't believe this but we have a new pet. A baby (6 month old elk) We were driving down the road trying to find new investigators and we saw this elk. I tried to get a good picture but it ran into a yard. Dad told me to walk inside the yard to get the picture but three dogs came after me. After running as fast as I could to the car, we tried again driving along the fence. I saw a man come out of his house and pet the elk. I told him I wanted a picture of his elk. He said his wife brought this baby elk home and has been raising it. Her name is Coconut. We became fast friends and she would even let us pet her and she would call to us. It was fantastic. We got some mighty good pictures to share. Her owners are Talverick and Stephine Enjady. They said we cold come and visit her any time we wanted. Enjoy
